At Patiyala Shop, we strive to ensure you love your ethnic wear; however, if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery. All garments must be unworn, unwashed, and retain their original tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack the product securely in its original packaging along with the invoice and ensure all price tags and labels are intact.

Handover to Courier

Our logistics partner will visit your address within 48 hours to collect the package; please ensure you obtain a signed pickup receipt.

Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality inspection, your refund will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
